I''ve been frequenting this shop for years! Whenever I find a business that I consistently have a wonderful experience, I''m loyal!!! I have always been happy with my purchases but most of all, the incredible employee''s have excellent customer service skills. Especially last night, the ladies working were cool and very helpful!! Crystal had to have been the best retail associate I have ever had guide me with any and all my questions. I will definitely be back because of her. As long as she''s working here I will always be a customer
Went there last week a pick up a few vapes, places was pretty busy but I wasn’t in line too long, the cashier Crystal, was super friendly to all and got everyone in and out pretty fast. I used to buy my Vapes elsewhere but Crystal managed to persuade me to start coming here after her amazing customer service and her intro into their rewards program! Definitely will be shopping here for all my vape needs.
After spending almost 400 dollars in this store in the last 4 days. they refused to exchange a inadequate battery that I purchased 1 hour prior, may I add this was part of a 200 dollar plus purchase but they would not allow me to return and switch the battery that is inadequate for my needs. Obviously they can afford to lose buisness. I for one will never spend a penny in this store again. If they treat all their customers this way, one can only hope they get run out of town.
This place has amazing prices, and a very knowledgable staff. Cassandra is usually on shift when I go in. I noticed she almost always greets customers by name, and seems to make a genuine effort to connect with the clientel on a personal level. 6/5 Starts ;)
