  When this shop first opened I was impressed by their effort to learn their customers'' names and product preferences in an effort to provide more personable, better quality service. My enthusiasm to walk through their front doors quickly came to a halt as their professionalism diminished. I witnessed one of the employees kick a homeless person who was sitting outside their front door, yell profanities at people playing the fish arcade, and their turn-over for the ONE position they had that was employable by a non-relative was

  I always go into Cloud 9 for a few drinks and some snacks. If you need some smoking supplies, trays(I got one of those to put jewelry into..) it is a cool little Marvel one with a magnetic lid over top of it(To keep your contents from falling out by a breeze), or anything smoke related, Cloud 9 will likely have it. The amount of glass and stuff in their.. there is a lot! Well, not overbearing but, I would say.. just the right amount. There are some pretty cool designs. They have little hidey hole type holders that are pretty awesome. I need to get a RedBull one... I''ll get one when I go back in. Good family. Always welcoming. Never rude. Great with their patrons. Would recommend.

  Went in real quick to buy a box of woods. Told the guy im from out of town if he could honor the same price as my hometown. He basically laughed in my face and told me good luck! Went down the street to no limit, and walked out in 2 min with my box of woods. You just lost an easy customer and an easy 60 bucks. Thanks Jack! 😊
