Don’t even bother I bought battery here and it was defected I called and guy just hung up straight punk I’ll never make business here

The only reason I even gave a 1star rating is because I had too. I''m warning patrons of this establishment and it''s owners of the disrespectful and unprofessionalism demonstrated by there employee that goes by the nickname of "Koolaid". This so-called employee has no business in any type of customer service position he is rude, refuses cash transactions which the owner should know happens if Koolaid is busy chatting to female friends hanging out and turns paying customers away because of a lack of change abusing an authority he doesn''t have and causing a loss of revenue and a loyal customer base.
Rude and unprofessional lady working here. Know your products and open when your sign says you open. Sat here for 8 minutes after 9am for her to get here only to find they have zero selection. It is more a hangout for drug addicts it appears.

Edited*** When told that I could return if I had any issues I could bring the battery back. That is no longer the case. Ship it where???? No thanks......... no returns no exchanges for faulty goods. I will stay away from now on. 3 broken batteries in 2 weeks? No thanks.
