I had a terrible experience at this vape shop. The customer service was absolutely atrocious. The staff was rude and unhelpful, showing no interest in assisting customers. Not only that, but the products they sell are of extremely poor quality. I purchased a vape product that ended up being burnt right out of the box. When I asked for an exchange or refund, they flat out refused, claiming it was my fault. This kind of attitude and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I would strongly advise against visiting this vape shop if you value good customer service and quality products. Save yourself some time and trouble go to Vape City a couple blocks down the street. Forgot to mention their vapes are expensive. $45 for a Tyson Heavy Weight Vape!!
The Harlingen location is the only shop I will go to and I love it. Monica, and the rest of the staff are always so helpful and friendly with each visit! I always leave with a smile and look forward to the next time.
BRO 💀 can someone tell me why they charge 20$ for a 20 piece box of charcoal?!?!?!?!!! That''s 1 dollsr per piece.....everywhere other city in Texas sells the 20 piece boxes for 5$ !!!!! This is FRAUDULENT ...and the girls there don''t have any knowledge about their products and super rude ..I just moved here from Dallas and looking for a go to spot and THIS AINT IT! NEVER COMING BACK 😪

Went in to buy lube, both women were very easy going and made me feel really comfortable, gave my friend and I a few nice gifts! Thank you , will definitely be going again to this location !!
