The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, I had to return some of my coils because I screwed up on the right size, the return was not an issue. The manager is very nice. Matt was a real help in sharing some suggestions on good juice. It is a Very clean and organized looking store with a lot of product to choose from. The store prices are actually competitive with online stores once you factor in shipping, age verification, and secure delivery charges all online stores have.
Came in and immediately had my eyes on this beautiful piece. Been looking for one that calls to me and this place had many great choices , but this miraculous sea creature took the cake! Check them out
I honestly am appalled at how I was treated. First off , be careful which vape you buy because I purchased one on 12/31 and it taste like burn, the supposedly assistant manager had another guy try it, put his mouth on it and gave it back stating it was fine. Not to mention that the guy was super rude over phone with me ! NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE. I WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE I KNOW STOP GOING THERE
Nice relaxed vibe. I had a few questions about disposables, and Ethan was able to answer them for me and give me a good recommendation for something new. Turned out great as he recommended Lost Mary brand, which was excellent. Jonathan, who was not even helping me, took a second to come say hi and make sure I felt welcomed. Really a good experience overall! Would recommend if you’re looking for a new shop!
