  Hanna and Troy are the only 2 reasons why i drive past 2 smoke shops on my way to Good Timez, they are friendly, kinda , and they don''t treat me different cus im a little darker skinned then they are... Love you guy and thank you for always making me feel welcomed.. GOOD JOB GUYS you have a customer for life..

  This shop has always been my go to for glassware for years and the employees are always very sweet and accommodating. That is why I''m rating 3 stars. This is NOT your stop for Kratom though. I tried 2 different strains from here after being told by a long time employee that their kratom was "the very best" and I just have to say, it''s not quality product at all. No energy boost or pain relief after trying each strain multiple times at different doses. No effects whatsoever. Really disappointed. Edited to add a photo of New Galaxy''s Kratom product Diesel (brown) compared to KratomBloom (green). As you can clearly see, the product I purchased elsewhere is much more fresh than New Galaxy''s. I purchased red bali and a borneo sample from New Galaxy. Both were brown. KratomBloom''s red and white maeng da are both a vibrant green.

  The Clerk escort me out with his knife in hand!!! 🚨🚨 The clerk ask me to leave because the other employee didn’t want to serve me said I had attitude!! As I was leaving out the white clerk was escort me out with Knife in his telling me to get out now! How unprofessional and I was afraid for my life I will not return and will be reaching out to management!🚨

  Why would you sell someone a lighter that stopped working within 30 minutes of the transaction being completed? Then when I call and ask is there anything that can be done for the inconvenience you say no refunds or exchanges. The least you can do is give me a new light the next time I’m in the area. I only came here because my home smoke shop was closed today & I will never shop here again.

  All staff is super helpful and educated. Love the place been coming here for over 1 year and have had no problems. They always help with any questions or problems with any previously purchased items. They also have a reward system for coming there and i’ve been highly satisfied with everything.
