The guy he has running the shop sold me a faulty vape. I opened it before I left the store, in front of him, and hit it. It tasted burnt from the first hit and he said I broke it! He made a big fuss about giving me a new one and gave me one that was priced less than what I originally paid for my first one and said "I should be grateful to get a new one because I broke the first one" hope the owner fixes this or I will NOT be back and will make sure others in the area know to not waste their money on a broken vape.
Awesome store, I go here frequently and staff are super friendly and personable and my regular guy even remembers what I buy without me telling him
I purchased several items off and on, my son lived down the street. They have always had a friendly knowledgeable staff. I stop by coming back from UNC with my grandson yesterday. They had my vape battery and they were so nice and I asked if it quit or wouldn''t charge in the next week could I bring it back, the guy smiled and said of coarse. I will never stop again at the Vape store in Hillsborough NC ever again, 24 hour return policy, I just let them keep it, no use to me it was messed up. It would cost more in gas to return it there than it was worth. I told them to keep it.

I went here on April 11,2023 to buy a vape and the clerk was rude. He was sitting in a corner on the phone when I walked in. I asked him about the vapes and he acted like I was disturbing him. ( none of the vapes had price tags) He kept talking on the phone while servicing me and said here''s this is all I got. And grabbed one off the shelf ( when I can clearly see he has a shelf full of them) I asked if there''s a charger that goes with the vape he says no, none of them comes with a charger you have to pay separately for a charger.Then charges me 5$ for a cheap charger. Not to mention he never got off the phone, he kept talking as if I wasn''t there. I won''t be back !
