Bought 2 vapes from here on 8-16-23 1 of them tasted burnt they said nothing they cld do about it so I basically just waisted money might as well of just said here u can have my money with nothing in return. I won’t be shopping here ever again. I suggest u don’t throw away your money by shopping here either. ‘What is the point on having the customer try the vape b4 leaving?’ There isn’t any. Horrible customer service
I was helped by the district manager Angelo who helped me with what I needed and he was super friendly. The store looked nice when I went in for my first time and I will definitely come back. Thanks for a great visit!
Their vapes break and they won’t do anything about. Don’t let Brian sell to you. He recommended vapes that don’t work TWO SEPARATE times. I went to get my money back and John treated like me like I was being a Karen.
People here were nice and helpful. Got home and realized my juice bottles expired in 2022 and 2020. They both tasted bad, check your bottles. They sold these to me full price, at least have your expired juices in the huge discount bins… Reply: I live in Columbus, it wasn’t easy for me to come back in to town to talk with a manager at the time. I’m not worried about it, I’m moreso putting that info out there that your customers should double check their bottles before leaving. I’ve noticed every bad review gets a smart *** reply back from you guys lol

I know disposals can be a hit or miss but I love the lost marys and after having it one day its staring to taste burnt I think they must of got a bad batch because I’ve never had this problem before. So watch out to anyone else who else likes Lost Mary’s!
