Extremely disrespectful manager with zero regards for customer service, kindness, or human decency. Cussing out and laughing at customers is not how you do business. Will *not* be recommending 406 Vapes to anyone.
normally i''d give this place a 5 star rating, but earlier today my partner and i came in and was helped by such an awesome employee David. David was extremely helpful with finding us what we needed, and towards the end, his boss i assume, started taking over his transaction and started yelling at him, and he was just acting extremely unprofessional to his employee, and it made us feel very uncomfortable in the moment, treat your employees better please.
I used to love this store until the employees working the register started charging me $15 to $20 for a $5 item and then lie when confronted. It''s the downtown store. No prices listed means they can charge everyone extra all day and pocket any extra cash between themselves. Nevertheless, I''ve never made a post bashing a business of any sort but this needs the attention of the people who frequent this establishment.
This is one of my favorite Vape stores in Billings. It''s not crowded. The staff is chill and knowledgeable. Plus I like getting those $1 pog style voucher coins.
