  I come here to get all my disposable vapes- there’s dowse a of stores in town but the customer service and attention I get from Red who works at their stores keeps me loyal to smoke time!

  I called to inquire about their products and the person I talked to was very rude. When I called and someone picked up, there was no greetings nothing! There was silence and i was so confused why no one was talking. when I talked that’s when someone finally responded. I inquired if they have a certain product and got told “no”. I again asked if they have any similar product and just got a “no” as a response and nothing else. It felt like I was bothering him when i called the store to make an inquiry. so i thanked him and was saying goodbye and again there was silence and no greetings then I hang up. What an extremely unfriendly staff! I wish i have asked for his name cuz that was truly appalling how I was treated.

  Best prices in town and not to mention the employees at this place. They all have always done their most by calling other stores, checking back stock, calling their on employees just to make sure I had what I needed to be a happy customer as I left their store with my purchase. Give Smoke Time a try and it won’t disappoint hands down.
