  The lady with long black hair and tats was extremely rude and unhelpful to my wife and I . She made off-handed remarks about my wife not being helpful when we was trying to purchase coils and stuff for our vapes . I thought she was supposed to help us not the other way around. It''s a shame when one bad employee can ruin a place''s reputation. I read all the other comments left here and was impressed . So I had to post mine cause something needs to be done with that employee before it ruins their reputation. Well we left and went to kure which is right next store. We both got brand new vapes . With all the bells and whistles. It was around $350 that she lost that store in sales because of her bad attitude. I tried to call the other store in their company and was told. To bad we can''t help you. So beware they are a horrible store for customer service . I wouldn''t recommend this place to my worst enemy. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! Oh here is a pic of my brand new vape Bought at Kure across the parking lot worth the walk . They at least know how to treat people unlike that employee at 420.

  Went in to wrap up my holiday shopping and the only employee in the store was a super kind, helpful guy that answered all my questions, helped me pick out some nice gifts, and made sure I was happy and satisfied before I left. 12/23 was the day I was in, and I was very pleased with the service I received. Thank you.

  New Judgemental Staff! 420 used to have kind, inviting, and helpful staff. Last few months I''ve went, I''ve been helped by fairly rude staff. One instance, I told the guy a product they had just wasn''t strong enough and I was asking him about anything stronger/his recommendations for him to say, "This is one of our strongest, just sounds like you''re addicted", in a snarky, condescending tone. I''ve been going to 420 for years and the old 420 deserved the 4.7, but anymore their rating isn''t a good reflection of the treatment you''ll get. The staff makes it very obvious they''d rather be working any other job. If you don''t agree with the staff, they call you addicts and become rude if you don''t want/like their preferences

  Best shop in town! I wandered in here on a random Saturday and ended up having a great conversation about the products and services. They have everything!!! Paper, glass, candles, incense, vapes, screens, and of course, the best variety of edibles and flower in Bloomington.

  Bryce went above and beyond when I went in to buy a birthday present for a friend. This place has the old-school Bloomington vibe with tons of fun and cool products. Bryce read my mind and set me up as birthday party MVP.
