I recently visited Bit Smoke and Mart, a smoke shop located in Maple Shade. Overall, my experience at this shop was quite positive. The store had a wide variety of smoking accessories and products to choose from. The staff at Bit Smoke and Mart were friendly and helpful. They were knowledgeable about their products and provided excellent customer service. They patiently answered all my questions and guided me through their selection, ensuring that I found exactly what I was looking for.
Staff so freaken rude. Do not recommend. I’m pregnant and had to use the restroom it took me awhile because I came from a far and the owner kept knocking on the door. Very disrespectful and rude. They don’t treat people like people.
Absolutely amazing range of products. From food to vapes to socks and other amazing implements- they''ve really got a great shop. Every single time I''ve been in I have had tremendous customer service. Not only were they kind but also knowledgeable on thier products. The last fellow even urged me to wait so I could listen to how the vape I purchased worked to insure that I didn''t ruin it when I tried it for the first time at home. I appreciate this place so much and highly recommend this shop to anyone. If you need snacks at an easy to get to location from many major highways, some vape products, or need cool socks you must give this place a try. I''ve been pleasantly surprised.. now it''s your turn!!
