When the owner of Up in Smoke told me he had two other stores, I took it as a challenge to explore these shops! Like a kid in a candy store!😁 There are water pipes I haven''t seen before. The amount and variety of pipes and accessories is eminence. Tobacco and vapes are in abundance! No other shop in the area has this much variety or lower priced. It''s so nice to have someone take the time to help me too.

BEWARE OF TAMPERED PRODUCT!!! (3/17/22) Bar-none WORST RETAIL EXPERIENCE I have ever been through. In a rush, I purchased this product as-is, not noticing the staples in both corners. I tried to return it afterwards. A different person was manning the counter than the one I bought it from originally. She then put the manager on video call to tell me via phone that it could not be returned and I could not get my money back. DO NOT SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU WANNA GET CONNED.

  • the fellas that work here are so nice, helpful, and answer any questions you may have, only 1 time i went there they sold out of my tubes, he said he would order them right now and sure enough i went the next day and fully stocked with my ZEN 100mm tubes

I hate to post this but if I had been warned, I would’ve saved $30. I visited the shop 1 week ago. Alex seemed great answering my many questions since I’ve recently moved to NJ and vape products are different here. I used to use nJoy but haven’t been able to find any menthol anywhere so Alex gave me the rundown. I ended up purchasing a disposable vape with 5500 puffs. It didn’t last the week and there is absolutely no way I used 5500 puffs in less than a week. I returned to request an exchange or refund and he shared their policy which is no return/exchange once you leave the store. It was very disappointing. One suggestion I have, would be to never say to a customer “everyone says that” because it gives the impression you believe I am not stating the truth. I know how many puffs were taken because they are being tracked since I am quitting. Also, he said this is a common problem with these vapes because sometimes they get stuck and stop working?? To me, that’s defective. He told me he can’t get his $ back from the company because of their strict requirements for a defective vape. My suggestion, stop doing business with that company and don’t sell a sub par product to the community. If you choose to do business that way, I think one should be prepared to offer the refund when the situation warrants it. Because of this experience, I won’t go back. I drove 1 mile up the road to another tobacco shop and bought a new one for $22 plus I spent an additional $100 on a Rick & Morty bong, and a package of delta 8.
