the fat guy gives bad customer service
I always go to this place and enjoy it the employees are always very friendly. Morgan is very great with customer service and always working when I walk in. She makes a person want to shop at that location with her exceptional customer service skills. The employees work hard to keep shelves stocked and organized. Thank you all, your great.
Prices for cloves were very expensive $2 more than I pay for in Washington State or in Utah. I bought a torch lighter because on the plane I wasn''t allowed to bring one on board. I bought this one that was $10 cuz it was shiny and it was large enough and I wouldn''t lose it. I answered the right question to the trivia they had posted so I got a freebie lighter as well. Later that afternoon I tried using the lighter and I could only get it to work once. This morning same thing happened and on my way out of town I stopped by the store again and showed them but the problem was - I said I just wanted to make sure this wasn''t broken and I don''t want to buy a can of lighter fluid because I have plenty at home. Expected him to at least try and see if there was any lighter fluid in it cuz there''s no obvious way of doing it instead he just played around with it for a little bit now for about 20 times it lit up once and you go see all you have to do is play around with it. Obviously I will never go back and it was a waste of 10 bucks.

This store is clean and spacious. You can''t help but enjoy the staff. From their happy greetings to how they are more than willing to help you without an inkling of rudness 😊 thank you to the store @ the college end of Caldwell.
