Awesome staff. I''ve been to three different big smokes in a couple of different states and the prices and product selection has been consistent at every location I''ve been to. I love this store!
Staff shouldn''t wear political clothing to work. We don''t all share the same views and I''d hate to stop giving this Big Smoke my business. It''s right by my house
Horrible horrible older lady who works there! That''s the store that we go to since it''s the closest to where we live. Didn''t get her name but she is super rude and always has an attitude and talks to us like we''re a nuisance. She has horrible customer service skills. Everyone else there is cool but she''s the reason I''m giving them only 2 stars!
Great service and fast via their drive thru. They also have a good selection of cigars, my favorite place to go when I want to try a new kind of cigar.
