Stay far away this place doesn''t back the products that they sell. I went and purchased an item that I wanted 2 of. Brought it home worked for an hour tried taking it for an exchange of 1 that works like my other one has for ever. They said that I broke it which is not true. They are crooks stay far away. Not a company we want in River Grove

Great store great customer service always helpfull. They have a lot of variety of products. Staff is very professional and respectable.. very good deals on disposable vape and glass prpducts.. i recommend this store to everyone who smokes.. great service overall..

Been coming here for years and have spent hundreds of dollars because they always had everything I needed, and more, in one shop. I’ve always enjoyed browsing the variety of things and seeing what’s new or interesting that they have to offer. I will never return after today and do not recommend anyone to visit this shop when there’s far better places in the area where you will actually be treated kindly and with respect. It baffles me how someone so rude and insulting can be doing sales for such a nice little shop. The man behind the counter for this visit (12/09/2023 03:30pm) has always acted strange and displayed a nasty attitude. Today I was greeted with a “yes?” in an unwelcoming tone as I first entered through the door. I replied with, “how you doin”. He answered, “what do you want?”, again in a negative tone. Customers strolled in before I could respond so I started browsing around as I always do (hands behind my back and not touching anything). I asked a question or two about a couple products in which he didn’t know or care to answer. The moment I was the only customer in the store he yelled, “yes?” again. I ignored him. “What do you need?” he demanded ignorantly. At that point I decided I wasn’t going to inquire further about anything from this store and just made a small cigar purchase so I didn’t completely waste my time stopping in during this busy weekend. Please hire and train your employees about customer service and sales!
