I’ve been looking for good hookah for a while and I had some people tell me about the 404 Smoke. I went recently and your employee Taz was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable about all the products and what I would need for my hookah. He’s very friendly and has excellent customer service. Based off his energy and great customer service I will only be buying the hookah from him. I’ve also told friends and people that I know about this smoke shop and when they go to ask for Taz.
Sign on door says Saturdays close at 11pm but online it says 10pm; I arrived at 10:17pm. Gentleman with afro was sitting in the store and would not assist. Would not recommend shopping at this location, unprofessional and business hours are conflicting. Please update your time of service.
I came in looking for a hookah! Taz was so great!! He has patience while I was being indecisive about which one to get! I came back a week later and he had the same energy!! Keep up the great work!! Thanks Taz for helping a sister out 🥳
Taz is always friendly and energetic when I stop by. He clearly enjoys people, and it shows! The place has plenty of Shisha flavors, pipes, and other smoking alternatives.The shop is always clean and well organized. Very conveniently located for me, personally. Black owned business! The owners are friendly, forward thinking people. Always willin to chit chat if time allows. Which is appreciated.
I brought a Smok Vape from here 2 weeks ago and it stopped working. And they won’t allow me switch it out nor do anything regarding the issue I’m having. I took care of my vape so I’m not sure why it won’t charge anymore either!!!
