  As a somebody who loved hookah, I was so excited to try this place. After finally going last night, I am not impressed. I did like the variety of flavors but that’s about it. My friend and I waited 45 mins to order our to-go hookahs. In this time, security got into with a woman it escalated quickly. She threw a drink on him that resulted in my friend and I getting wet & he pulled out a gun on her. The ghetto! Once the situation was contained, still no hookahs yet. As they are making mine, I hear an employee explaining that they all come with quick lite coals and if you purchased the coconut coals instead, they can’t light your hookah since they only light the quick lights in store but you can go home and light it. I was under the impression that I would leave with a lit hookah that had the coconut coals I paid additional for. I ended up getting a refund but my friend still got hers. They put milk in her base instead of the red Bull that she requested and we were just overall not impressed.

  I drove 30 mins and it was closed! There was no message about it being closed on their instagram or on the owners instagram. Google also didn’t have a notice of them being closed. This is very unprofessional. If you’re closed when your store hours online say you’re open least relay the message over through social media so customers won’t have their time and gas money wasted on nothing smh. Had me stuck in traffic for no reason ! If I’d known yall was closed I could’ve saved my gas

  I’ve ordered from Hookah Hose multiple times and the experience was fine, but this last experience was a mess. We ordered 2 cups at 8:00 and was told it would be delivered at 9. Around 8:45 the status was changed to rejected but our card was still charged. We did not get an email or anything so we tried to call. For 30 minutes the line was busy. Someone else from our party placed an order and it went through without a problem, and their card was charged. We waited an hour and 30 minutes and still no hookah was delivered. So we tried calling and no one ever answered. We tried call all night and the next day and still no answer or Hookah. We even tried to DM and email the company AND THE OWNER and still not answers. That’s over $100 worth of orders that we never got and was charged. I think the concept of Hookah Hose is amazing and can be a great company but the not answering the phone but taking people money is a no for me. They might have lost my business and any recommendations I would have made.

  This is genius!!! For people who want to smoke at home but don’t want to buy their own hookah and flavors etc.. flavors are awesome..there was a lil wait but everyone was friendly and cool. Will definitely be back to purchase more 😍

  For my sisters birthday we decided to stay in and have a girls night. On December 11, 2023 we ordered 3 hookahs for delivery at 9:06, we were notified that it would take an hour to get the order. At 10:34 we realized we never received our order and the email update never came. I attempted to call the store over 30 times from the time of 10:47pm - 1:17am, never receiving an answer. The following morning I received and email asking to rate my order, one I never received.
