I''ve been coming here for like 6 years and it used to be the BEST, but things have been going downhill. The employees are nice, but super unhelpful. They''re out of the house juices frequently, and they only sell one size now. But the real problem is when you need help finding a new juice since they''re frequently out of your usual flavor, they can''t help you AT ALL. Most of the employees don''t know anything about the vape products, I''ll ask for tobacco flavors and they have no idea what they carry. I ask what the flavor notes are, like if it''s very sweet, they don''t know. They suggest salt nic when I need eliquid, and they don''t know the difference. I just can''t understand why people who work in the vape portion, don''t know ANYTHING about vaping. How are they so uneducated on their own products? When I was there a few weeks ago, they were also out of the house juices again and when I asked the employee if they had any other similar flavors, she just said "I don''t know." and just stood there and made me go searching on my own, which was hard from the other side of the counter. It''s just gotten so bad with things being out of stock and the employees, while they''re usually friendly, are all just so incredibly unhelpful now (except for the one guy that''s been working there forever, he''s great but he''s not always there of course) I feel terrible saying this because I''ve been coming for so long, but I think I''m going to start looking for another shop. It makes me really sad because it used to be a great place to buy vape supplies, but it''s just awful now. Also, the juice that I finally left the shop with, turned out to be a couple of years old. What is happening to this place? :(
Huge selection and the employees are always very helpful and happy to help. I used to live nearby, but now I drive out of my way to keep coming here.
Super awesome place with amazing staff. They really treat their customers good. I live almost in Wittmann and I’ll drive all the way to their shop for all my dab needs!
I was referred to this location by another business as a partner that sold specific products, but after the was I was disregarded I''ll drive across the city to a different store to get what a want. The customer service rep that answered my call was exceptionally rude. What a joke of a business, and I hope the owner takes notice and fires his staff and restarts from scratch.
The staff at Zeronas are extremely patient, helpful, courteous & knowledgeable. The prices are the best I have seen in possibly the entire Phoenix Valley. Whether you''re stopping in to savor new vape flavor, checking out aromatic incenses, stocking up on lighters, torches, etc, or there for their mind-boggling selection of mind-boggling even-more-exciting stuff, Zeronas is THE SPOT 😄 If you make the right decision and decide to stop in, say "hi" to Nick for me!!! He''ll probably say "Who the hell is Kevin Atwood? I don''t remember......." But then again, I don''t remember who the hell Kevin Atwood is half the time either!!! 🙄😉😄 Enjoy!
