Richie is the most knowledgeable cigar lounge owner we’ve ever met. He’s had over 60 years in the industry. His humidor, while fairly small, holds all the top cigars. His lounge is comfortable and inviting. Richie really takes customer service to the next level, always being open when customers want to visit and making sure they are safe and feel welcome. I LOVE zen cigar lounge! This was my second time coming in, and every time I’m impressed and amazed with the suggested cigars from the owner. Richard is an incredible and nice person, #1 cigar lounge in colorado! Today I smoked on two cigars from the CLE collection; habano & prieto.

We’re New in town and Ritchie made us feel right at home. As soon as I walked in the door Richie greeted me like family and helped me pick out a great cigar for a reasonable price. Zen is a great place to watch the game,play some dominos, and smoke a cigar. Will definitely be back

Been coming here a couple months now and I''ve become a regular. Not only is the lounge very comfortable and accommodating but Richie is a wonder when it comes to getting you a fantastic deal every. Single. Visit. The tobacco is extremely well priced and is as pure tobacco as you can get. A tiny bit goes a long way. He''s wheelchair accessible, blind friendly, and good with trained service dogs when they are PA trained. Come on in and watch the game, chill with the locals or check out and enjoy at home. There''s a huge reason he''s still in business, don''t mess around, just shop here! I know I will be. :)

As a noob the the cigar scene Richard was patient and taught me a bit about everything. I say a bit because I will never come close to tapping into all that he knows. I will definitely be coming back to learn and buy.
