I used to be a very frequent customer of this location. After I was helped by “samon” I will never be back. He was very rude and refused to exchange the obviously faulty lighter leash I had bought 2 min prior (broke when I tried putting it on in the car). He was barefoot walking around the store… GROSS. He does not understand the products in the store and he is on his phone, high volume yelling another foreign language. This store is extremely sketchy, and unhelpful. I hope samon learns to WEAR SHOES, nobody wants to see hairy feet and long toe nails on a nice afternoon lol. I told him I will not return if he doesn’t exchange the lighter leash. He said “I don’t care, go away”. This place needs help hahaha SO BAD

This has definitely been my go to smoke shop since they opened up. Everyone that works there is always super helpful every single time and they always know all the answers to my incessant questions lol. They have a great selection of everything they always have what i need! They also carry the good brand of incense :) anyways if you need a reliable smoke shop this is the one!! they also are open longer than any other smoke shop in manteca!!
