Bought 2 vape pens by ooze BOTH broken!! When I went in to exchange they refused and only offered to sell me a cheaper one, as they said this brand often has issues. .. Called a few times and given run around about when manager will be in. Tried to reach out to manufacturer but the code on the pen has been removed from both of the pens, so now I can''t even exchange through them. Zero stars total rip off. I will be calling back constantly and will never use cash again because I can''t even dispute it.
Good prices but poor service.
The customer service was great amazing the prices were unreal so expensive something I usually get for $2 they charge 6 just unreal prices but the girl was really really nice

IF YOU WANT BROKEN PENS THIS IS THE PLACE! Terrible customer service. Very rude. If I could give 0 stars I would Sell broken products and sketchy. They remove the codes on ooze pens so you can''t register them to get the warranty but yet they refuse to replace broken stuff they selll.
