Best smoke shop in El Paso I go all the way from Juarez They have a huge variety of disposables and their prices are very cheap compared to other smoke shops in EP. I’ve been smoking disposables for about 5 years and SWFT are the best!
Sold my husband faulty vapes for almost $50, so bad that if you hit them and stopped they’d keep going and just instantly died. Same person who sold them to him refused to exchange them despite the fact that he took them back. $50 down the drain. Not ever coming here again. And if you value getting your moneys worth and not being duped nobody else should either.
My wife and I went in today and got refreshing and delightful customer service. I don''t remember his name but he had long black hair and and genuine smile. He was very knowledgeable about the product and friendly while assisting other customers because the store was packed. We ended up enjoying the experience so much we bought a bong along with what we came in there for originally. 5 star service my friend. We will be back

I usually go to this place since i live close and the prices are good however I had two recent issues; Yesterday 8/31/23 4:42pm under ticket #34-97273 I bought a 510 USB charger for $4.99 I tried using the charger yesterday and noticed that a piece of metal came off, today I went in to inquire about the item, the representative stated that there’s nothing to do with it when I inquired about an exchange , I was like okay fine whatever and I proceeded to buy another item this time a Ooze Slim Clear Battery for $14.99 under ticket #34-97273 but to my surprise the battery does not work It does turn on but i have tried 3 different cartridges and it does not work. At this time i am afraid to even go back to the store mainly cause the representative will not acknowledge that the receipts clearly states 14 day return policy on any manufacturer issues or the 24-48 hr timeline for exchange to occur. Highly disappointed for these kind of malpractices I will never go back to this shop again. I am down about $20 but this business is down a customer that will make sure to not recommend this shop. Attached will be the pictures of the receipts for more credibility.
