I love this shop everytime I come there’s something new for me to check out! They got an awesome selection of water pipes and vapes! They team members always steer me towards a product that will fit towards specific needs, ended up leaving with the Linvo mystery forest vape and It’s great !
Great customer service!! I bought a few items from there and had an issue with one. I went in to refill it and needed a replacement. There was a slight issue with replacing the item even though it was the manager who agreed the equipment was faulty. It would be helpful to know more about the policy of replacing an item upon purchase. I had no idea I needed the original packaging. I assumed just having purchased the item within a 24 time would allow a replacement in this instance. Otherwise all the reps were amazing and I''m very thankful for you being in my neighborhood!!! Always greeted by friendly staff. If they are out of something, they will call another location and make sure they have it. Great variety of items. Also has a points system for in adore credit.
