I use to love coming here but after my purchase two days ago I will never step foot in that place again. Staff was very rude when I was try to just exchange my torch that didn’t work. He even tried putting butane into it and saw it wouldn’t take it. I had to come back twice to get my money back. Also the day of buying the torch they ripped off this older man. It said $74.99 on his bottle and they charged him more and didn’t give him his money back. They labeled it wrong so they should of took fault. Place is a SCAM!
My son purchased a torch two days ago from here and it didn’t work. He took it back today and the guy tried it out and saw it didn’t work. He didn’t want to give him his money back or exchange it. They eventually gave his money back and said they have a no return policy. If they had a no return policy it should be stated on the receipt. Don’t make up policies as you go. If you sell a product, stand behind your products you sell.
I went in there about 10 minutes ago to see hitters. The lady wouldn’t let me see them to even know what I was getting so I ended up walking away with a badly cut piece. A bunch of medal shards peeling off of it. She also gave a lot a attitude and made me feel very uncomfortable being there. I’ve bought a lot of my things from here but I sadly won’t be coming back.
I would normally give them 5 stars. But today I walked in. I had my mask on. And three people walked in without masks. I asked the clerk do you normally take people without masks. He said normally they don''t. So why are there people walking in a store. Without a mask on. This is absolutely ridiculous. There is a order for everyone to where a mask out in public. And these people that walked in didn''t care. And the clerk did not care either.

I like this place a lot. I go there all the time to get My Vapes and my vape juice. I purchase a bong from this place. The people are very nice but sometimes not so understanding. I feel like some things are overpriced but overall I give them a 7 out of 10. My favorite is the young guy who works there or the older guy who works there. They''re both pretty cool on. Always know what I want and always ask questions and are always on point.
