  I wanted to commend the individuals who have poured out their kindness to me at this location. I’m sure it isn’t apparent to anyone at first glance, but doing simple things like shopping are something I truly have to battle with myself with in order to accomplish. I have a traumatic brain injury that manifests itself in a variety of ways, but one of them is that it takes me multiple attempts before I can actually accomplish something as simple as traveling to a store and actually speaking with other human beings. For this reason I might need something but I’ll go without it for a significant period of time before I can overcome my own deficiencies. That being said the people that have helped me at this location have always been at the pinnacle of kindness and gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable without knowing how much it means to me. I’m embarrassed to not know the names of the guys who helped me on 9/25 around 10pm. I was the guy who needed the replacement pod that you only had one that was similar but not the exact one. Firstly it worked like a charm and secondly I know it was just 5 minutes of your time but it means a lot to know that people can be kind and welcoming. May love and light guide your path always if you are reading this.

  Customer service is trash, asked about more selections and the employee responded with a slick remark instead of just saying when they would restock, however they are never stocked with good selections. What’s the point of having a “rewards” program when they never ask for your number and when you ask they say it’s too late to enter it. I don’t recommend this location at all.

  Awesome experience! Just running in for a normal grab and go but was greeted with the insane customer experience from Juan! I am in management with a high level doctors office downtown and wish some of my employees could have half of what he does. This store is not is the best of locations but ALL the staff that was in at 6 today was so inviting and as if they were excited to see me and it means a lot to someone else who cares so much about customer experience. Someone give Juan a raise! Ps he has a great idea of something that should be sold at all locations! Thank you Juan l

  The selection of delta products wasn''t strong enough for me. I tried the 2 different indica brands of vape and just wasn''t impressed. But a well stocked shop.

  Prices are good here but they are sometimey with the product I buy. It''s out of my way to get there so I started calling first to see if it is in stock. The staff will say maybe, and hang up etc. I found another location but I''m disappointed. Sometimes you simply cannot buy black and get good service.
