I absolutely do not like this location. Not sure if they have been cited and/or in trouble before for failing to properly ID minirs/selling to them, but this is the ONLY xhale city location that requires a show of an ID to walk into the store. I get that it’s the law. However; the law is to ID if a person appears to be younger than 25. I am 42 years old and do not look under 25. This particular day I did not have my driver license because I accidentally left it in my clutch from the night before of going out. To drive 30 mins to a location and be told I had to leave the store is a huge inconvenience. (My wife has her ID she drove and is in mid 40’s as well) Not only is this store under stocked it’s always 1 employee who always gives issue and has a bad attitude when doing so. Very disappointed!! I love xhale city but this location leaves a horrible taste in the mouth as a reflection of this franchise. They need to train their employees better and they need sensitivity training and customer service in dealing with customers. Them for this one young lady to bad mouth other locations to customers is absolutely unacceptable!! Y’all need to do better.
