  I recently have had a highly unpleasant chain of experiences at this store, primarily due to the unprofessional behavior exhibited by some female staff members. One particular employee with purple hair seemed to revel in asserting her dominance, boasting about her ability to manipulate the company and remove anyone she dislikes. This attitude creates a toxic work environment and reflects poorly on the store''s management. Moreover, I was shocked by the excessive vulgarity and inappropriate language directed at a male staff member who was simply doing his job. Such unprofessional conduct is unacceptable and made my visit deeply uncomfortable. It is disheartening to witness the employees treating him with such disrespectful behavior. Another concerning incident involved female employees berating a male staff member for recommending an item they personally disliked to a customer unrelated to their sale. This behavior not only showcases a lack of teamwork but also creates an unwelcoming atmosphere for customers. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to ensure a more positive and respectful environment for both employees and customers alike.

  absolutely love this location!!!!! vanessa is always very friendly and knowledgeable about all the products in store!!! if they dont have something you want travis will get it in , and ellie is great at recommending something just as good to hold you over until then!

  I have been going to this location for over three years. The people that work here are extremely friendly. Vanessa is awesome! She has the knowledge to take care of you and whatever ails you. It is always a pleasure shopping here.

  While visiting your store to get me a vape before going back to work i was rang up by vanessa and while ringing me up was talking about her personal life and I feel like is not professional and should be further discussed with them about. Other than this love the store and everyone in it and they always gives good service.

  Its a great store with variety of juice and other things to pick from. Customer service was at its finest. Reason I give it a 3 star bc the prices are always over price could be the location but doubtful every store they own are all the same prices, and they can''t ever keep the coils I need in stock. Like really if they are that popular BUY OVER STOCK. But will still recommend this store and their other stores to any vape user. I myself will also still use them bc they have sooo many different flavors of juice to choose from.
