My dad just started vaping and needed help with remembering what type of juice he needed to get and the guy needed MY ID even tho we informed him it was for my father (clearly above 21) I know multiple people that come here and I will for sure let them know to not come back. Will be contacting management. To be honest the guy selling it barely looked of age haha, do better!
Walked in store, already discriminated. First time in store so obviously don’t know what products are what, guy speaking to customers like a child in a candy store. Didn’t buy anything, walked out.
This business does not care about the customer. I purchased a vape set for my husband asked the employee,who was actually the manager to get me a pkg of coil for the device. He sold me the wrong ones went back at least 5-6 times. Employees said no refund I didn''t want a refund just the right coils. Went back last week autumn informed me that the employee is no longer there nothing she can do. Sent an email to corporate offices no reply. So now stuck with an item I can''t use. Even offered to purchase an item for more than the coils but again no exchanges no return. Great customer service.

I would definitely recommend you going here. It’s nice, clean and the employees are respectful and overall helpful. Come in and ask questions, plenty of recommendations! I like how the hours have changed as well with an extra two hours of opening.
