They are very knowledgeable and friendly! I am a new and very basic vape user, stopped in to buy a new device and wanted opinions.. Walked out with the perfect one for me! They actually steered me away from ones they KNEW wouldn''t fit for my wants/needs, even if they were more expensive! That shows integrity in my book!! I definitely recommend this store
STAY AWAY! As a matter of course, I rarely furnish merchant reviews, but this one is duly warranted. I went to this store to return a bag of tobacco which was purchased the day before. I was returning due to a ½” air leak at top of bag that was not sealed properly at the ‘plant’. I did not open the bag, just returned it as I had found it. I had the bag exchanged for a properly sealed (fresh) bag and left the store. 3 min. later, a store employee (I assume family member of franchise owner) followed me to my vehicle with a different bag of tobacco, not the one I returned, claiming there was 2 oz. of product missing because of the visual disparity with his other bags (laughable). He did not have a response to my question as to the weight of my returned bag. He was accusing me of stealing 2 oz. of product out of that (sealed) bag and returning for the bag I received in exchange. I was beyond belief when I realized he was serious and laughed in his face (with my mask on of course) and proceeded to my vehicle at which point told me not to come back. I politely re-iterated his request at which point he flipped me ‘the finger’. I kid you Not! I highly recommend visiting the ‘Wild Bill’s’ of Pinckney, those kids that run the store there are honest, very knowledgeable, polite and humidor is always properly balanced.
Drive 15 minutes to the store to get Vape pods to change for Vape cartridge that I just bought from them last week and they still don’t have the pods so I had to purchase a pack of pods for the older version because that’s all that they said that they had even double checked and asked the cashier if she was certain that these are the correct parts for this vape get halfway back to work and realize they’re the wrong pods had to go all the way back just to get a refund wasted a whole hour just because they didn’t have the correct pods and sold me the wrong ones
Clean & organized shop! Shelves were full of product. Stopped in for my usual vapes & walked out with new flavors & some wraps.
Super Nice Staff!! They are Very knowledgeable. Also, I love their vape flavors. I just recently switched to disposable ones and I’m very happy with the selection.
