If you are looking for an upbeat, knowledgeable, sensory pleasing, and overall great customer service smoke shop to stop in at THIS ONE IS IT!!! Baylee deserves a real shout out with keeping the vibes immaculate. She was so informative, patient and made my experience so great.
Best Bill’s location I’ve visited hands down. The customer service from Baylee is unmatched. She’s kind, knowledgeable and makes you feel as though you’ve been friends for years, even if you met her 30 seconds ago!
I want to commend the awesome employees, Baylee & Aliyah, for going over and beyond in customer service. They are very real and honest about the knowledge of their products in the store. They made sure I was able to get exactly what I was looking for. GOOD WORK LADIES 😁!!!
Horrible service. Screwed me over and the manager and employees didn''t care at all. They only want your money. Run while you can.
If your here for glass do yourself a favor and go to Torched on 8th ST where they know what there talking about! The employees here know absolutely nothing about the glass or glass accessories that they are selling especially the rig and bangers. They were arguing with me about something. I luckily brought my rig to make sure i got the right size. Once they saw that they were wrong they continued to argue. This place is ridiculous. Don’t bother asking the staff questions they will sell you the wrong thing unless YOU CATCH IT
