I''ve been to a lot of vape stores for kratom for the past 4 years with some locations better than others, but this is going to be my new top vape and kratom shop I''m going to be going to from now on. Was immediately impressed and great customer service!
Super kind staff, they''re great with suggestions. Their hours match all types of work schedules. They have a great selection of disposable vapes, juice and more.
Got sold a fake Hyde unfortunately... Hydes charge with the letters lighting up Red. And the Neon Rain is pink and black not red and black. Also when I got home to scan the qr code it wouldn''t scan yet my other Hyde scanned just fine and when I entered the code it said it wasn''t an authentic code.
Spent like $300-500 here over the course of a year, really liked the owner, and Kyle was always awesome. I bought 1 $40 vape that wasn''t working correctly. It wasn''t returned, as they wouldn''t accept it even though it was full and unused (was cool with that, I understood) but was given a cheap alternative to make use of the original item. Been nothing but passive aggression every time I go in there now and spend money. Beware of needing to complain, because they will never let you live it down, you''d think customer loyalty would draw out some sense, but it won''t.

I''m in Jacksonville training for a new job, and searched Google for vape shop near me and this was the first returned on the list. I''m very pleased that I decided to visit this store! I didn''t catch the person''s name behind the counter, I''ll assume he''s the owner. With that being said the customer''s service was superb, their selection of products was overwhelming, in a great way. They had almost everything I inquired about. Prices were as expected for this market. If you vape check these guys out! I''ll be back when I come back to JAX to work in the near future!
