  Poor customer service. Guy with shaved head and half pulled into a ponytail. He is a rude punk. Acts like his .... don''t stink. He definitely doesn''t deserve to work with you cool ppl.

  Place is expensive, they charged me $21.83 for a lost Mary vape and the cashier told me everywhere charges that price , go shop at Arizona Smokers Shop they sell theirs $21 for 2! out the door or 21.50 with card. They also have a better selection of glass with 3 locations over the valley . I’m definitely never coming back to this smoke shop again only reason I stopped here is because the shops were closing and Arizona Smokers closes at 11 and I would’ve have mad it in time.

  Stopped in quickly to see if they had any battery mods that I’d been looking for locally. They actually ended up having the one I was most interested in and it was $25 cheaper than any store online. Super friendly couple of guys that helped me and was in and out in less than a few minutes. Thanks! 2 Week Update: The switchblade mechanism just broke. Not the shop’s fault so not adjusting my rating. Just unfortunate that something I was so excited for doesn’t work after very light use in 2 weeks… 1 Year Update: The above issue was an EASY fix. Just needed to pull the switch up manually. It’s worked perfectly ever since!

  West Valley Smoke and Vape is the best hands down! Customer service always on point. Joe is amazing and is very knowledgeable. My fav smoke shop on the west valley.

  Best Smoke In the VALLEY hands down! Words can’t explain it here! They’ve opened many shops and now this one out my the WestGate Area and it’s my first time here and so far it’s amazing! From Design,Inventory and Customer Service! 😎
