  In the past, have been treated really well. Lately, this guy (who I''ve never had the misfortune of interacting with before) was super rude, kinda out of nowhere. Like he was doing me a favor for me to be in the store. Almost wonder if he was having some sort of psychotic break. Left mostly bewildered at what the hell happened and where it came from, and not feeling great about my choice of shop. Skip this one, you can do better with your money.

  Went looking for new glass. The guy working was overly rude. When we were discussing a product he treated me as if I was a child. Wild Side around the corner was WAY better on service, product, and atmosphere. We took our money around the corner and it was worth it!

  Definitely my favorite shop on campus. Staff is chill and helpful with the inventory in store, as well as anything you throw at them. If you don’t like or are unsure about a certain piece or item, the staff always has helped me find something that I liked. They always have a really good selection of unique bowls in. They have E juice, ecig accessories, mods, coils, batteries, you name it. The selection of artistic pieces is definitely the best on campus if you’re into that. Overall West Lafayette smoke shop is great I would definitely recommend it

  I previously had a 5 Star review here for this place but my experience here today has left a bitter feeling. I''ve been coming here for 4 years and really liked this place and its products, but the dude yelled at me today. He was playing video-games while I was shopping which is fine, but when I asked him what game he was playing, he said deez nuts, again just a joke. Then I leaned over to see what it was and he started yelling at me. Maybe I shouldn''t have leaned over, but that is definitely not how to treat a customer, especially one that has been coming for such a long time. Utterly disappointed in what I thought was a great place.

  This place used to be the best spot on campus hands down. Recently however the quality of service and staff has declined to a point of complete disregard for customer service. On 3 separate occasions the employee working had been incredibly rude and short acting like i am inconveniencing him by trying to buy something. Won’t be back or recommend to anyone.
