I go to this place all the time to get Kratom, as I''m a fully grown adult. Today, my 43 year old partner was in town (we live outside of town) so I asked him to drop by to pick some up for me. I recently changed brands so I couldn''t remember what the new one is called so I said he should ask for the one that was just half off. They then refused to sell it to him because he wasn''t buying it for himself, even though they clearly knew they had already sold it to me since I knew it was half off. I won''t be going to this location ever again. That''s some total garbage to pull on a forty something year old guy. Completely insulting.
Edit: the experience has been a lot better lately I spend hundreds of dollars here and everytime they constantly ask for my ID and now the last time was enough I walk in and want to look at a new vape, they''re way in the back and asked me If I had an ID, I said yes. Then she kept asking if I had an ID I then had to cop an attitude "Yeah if you''ll come here I''ll show you my ID." Im a paying customer I''m looking at products if you want my ID walk up to me and ask for it. Lazy workers and unknowledgeable, then sells me a display model and wouldn''t give me a discount. I just wanted my juice and proceeded out of there.. will not come again.

I come here all the time and spend lots of money. You would think that as a courtesy, one would be allowed to use the bathroom if you’re expected to stand in a long line. Not to mention, I’m 48 years old and I know that black don’t crack but there’s no way I look younger than 18 and it’s super annoying to be hounded for your ID as soon as I walk through the door. Also, the fact that they couldn’t make change for the purchase I wanted to make with cash is also annoying. I try to come here as the customer service in the Business Loop is even worse. Hopefully I can stop vaping soon so I don’t have to deal with any of this foolishness
