Amazing customer service! The employees are super nice and very helpful, knowledgeable about all the products. No other vape shop like this one! Looks super cool on the inside, and will definitely be coming back.

Bought a new vape three weeks ago with a box of replacement coils. Come to find out they aren''t mesh like I wanted. Refused to replace or let me return. Are not opened and also have receipt. Employees here have a lack of knowledge every time I''ve been there and are very high. Let''s not forget selling to minors.

Bought a glass water pipe from here and when I got home, the bottom of the glass was leaking water due to a small crack. No refund or returns allowed. Very frustrating experience and a total waste of money.
