  Like three or four years ago maybe a little more I stopped shopping here because the staff was incredibly rude and disrespectful for no reason at all. I meant Brian and Lisa when they first started working here, over the years they have become extremely important to me and they are the only reason I brought my business back to smokers heaven. They are very knowledgeable about their product they are very positive and always encouraging. Over the last few years they have helped me learn very much about Delta 8 and tobacco products in general, and at this point I will continue shopping here in my opinion has completely changed! Great store 10 out of 10 * I''d also like to add, I went into the store today and they have expanded quite a bit they have much more merchandise than they used to and they have great deals, hard to beat them anywhere you go.

  Great place with some great people. Brian and Lisa really made me feel welcome and made some great recommendations. Really was nice as I am new to town, come to find out we all had lived in Tucson at one point so they even went so far as recommending some places to eat in the local area. Very welcoming energy here, will definitely be back.

  The staff is absolutely amazing. However I''ve made a purchase in July over $600.00 and didn''t receive any points through their point system. (Now October) The staff has notified the owner on multiple occasions about the issue Since then I''ve made another large purchase and no points were added to my account The staff has done their part But the owner has not. Very disappointing. (I would like the owner to contact me to resolve the issue The staff has my number)

  We go here all the time. They literally never have the coils we need. I gotta tell you the customer service is amazing, but it doesnt matter how many times we ask always have the same line "we have been trying to order it." After 6 months of asking every 2 weeks and having to go over to Vape Maven always seems to have what they "have been trying to order". It might be time to stop coming in.

  Should be zero stars. Bought a glass piece, brought it home washed it, was dirty as heck. To find out when blowing the glass they made a hole in it. Took it back for an exchange, and was told to F Off. So I stated I should throw it on the store floor. Saled assistant stated to return Thursday to ask manager ? It''s a factory error replace it or refund it. What a joke. Funny how they only reply to positive reviews, abd won''t even try to fix the issues brought up. Useless, wasted 2 hours.
