Didn''t even need to go into store. The girl who picks up the phone was very rude and hung up on me after inquiring about CBD for a clients pet. Very bad customer service. I tried contacting the owner but she continued to forward my calls. They won''t get any more future recommendations from me. If you don''t like your job or helping people you shouldn''t be answering the phone.
Helena is an amazing person. She is extremely helpful and has helped me more with even just a mere conversation. She is amazing and should be extravagantly recognized for it.

Bought a Delta 8 cart from a brand I was familiar with and hadnt had issues from before and it didnt look right. It was cloudy and had distress marks like it had been taken apart and replaced or laced. It made me have violent shakes and start throwing up and hallucinations, Ive never felt that way from delta 8 before. I feel like I was poisoned. And my brain still doesn''t feel okay. Im not sure whats in these, but its not thc... be very careful. Response: If I would''ve tried this in your store you would have most definitely called an ambulance. My lips were purple and i was puking Everywhere . Within 5 minutes. this product looks like and has been tampered with the box is not going to show that. it is not even the right color, I can bring it for you to see, and I think I deserve a refund... I damn near died with one hit, no exaggeration. This is not okay. And when i think back, all the products dont look right or authentic especially since I am familiar with extrax, the other carts were also not the right color . Counterfeit 100% . Not good for business to poison people
Bought a broken glass bong that i found out it was broken when I tried it obviously. I tried to return it next day and apparently I can’t return glass purchases.. that included if they sell you product that is damaged. Helena who helped with this magical experience has no clue of logical business. She was thrilled to deny me a 10$ bong return. Awesome 👏🏼
