Not a real Vape Shop is only a gas station, i tried to contact by email to cancel an order and they didn´t reply
Could you please update Your times eveytime I get there your closed or not open on time?
When I went in, it was disappointing to say the least. The man knew absolutely nothing about vapes, coils, nada. I tried to as a few questions about a vape that was given to me and he kept insisting it needed a coil. Well duh, that’s why I’m here. He had no idea what I was asking for and I walked out. Really sad honestly because now I have to drive to Elgin to get coils. Moral of the story, if you are going to work at a shop, either learn the products you sell or admit upfront you are not sure about a product of vape.
Called to inquire about a product and price. Gentleman was rude on the phone and told me to just come to the store and refused to help with my question. When I told him I lived 30 minutes away he hung up on me. They will NOT be getting my business. I will wait and support my local stores, which is what I should have done in the first place.

This store is a life saver. I am in town from Florida visiting family. My Crown 5 was leaking at random times during my visit. I lost about 45 ml of fluid. That is a bottle and half. I tried everything. New coils, O-rings, and teflon tape. I had finally given up and went here to get the cheapest tank because they are open 24 hours. I thought it would have been a Smok tank but the guy said if you''re leaving in 5 days get the FreeMax disposable tanks. He recommended it because I do have an extra Crown 5 tank back home. It would have been a waste of money. It comes in a 2 pack for $12.99. Thanks for your help!
