Christina is the most delightful & most pleasant individual I''ve encountered in such a long time. Her uplifting personality is infectious & charming. SHE''S. DEFIANTLY A KEEPER & adorable too!!
Used to be my go to smoke shop but their options have been extremely limited for awhile now. The old woman that works there is very rude and unprofessional. I’ve heard her yell at customers multiple times. It is misfortunate to have her as the face of your company.
Almost no selection of juices left, and they try to sneak a charge of 1.85$ in addition to sales tax if you try to use a debit card. Sounds like a scam because it is a scam. When I asked why I was being charged the extra fee to use a card I was told it was my bank charging me. Well, my bank doesn’t ever charge me it’s a simple scam to increase revenue and it is also illegal. To top it off, the woman gave me the wrong product when leaving the store after lying to me about the origin of the fee………….. edit—— I forgot to say and when I told her what she is sayng makes no sense, I was told to not come back not to mention she said 14.99, the machine screen said 22.91 When I then asked her why the screen said 2291 instead of 1499 she said oh I’m sorry let me fix that and then she charge tried charging me1699 so for you to tell me that you’re offering a discount of 4% for a cash customer versus a card Customer none of those numbers line up with a 4% discount. When I told her I’ll pay you cash instead of card I was in charged 1499 after the woman said, if you pay cash, I won’t charge you taxes. so what you are trying to tell me does not make sense in your reply to my post. I would suggest getting rid of that woman and bringing in someone who would be happy to have a job and not so bitter to everyone because it appears from these comments that I’m not the only person who had a problem with this woman.
Lovely woman working there. She was quick, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. Told her what I was kinda looking for (but lacking details) and she pulled it right out. The exact item I was thinking of. Impressive. First time there and it definitely won’t be my last. Plus, they have so many options of products to choose from. I had about 45 mins to waste, so I was checking everything out. While looking at the available products, I ran out of time and didn’t even get half way thru. Yeah, that have that much good stuff in there. Last thing, she said whatever they don’t have, they will order. I needed some MiPod Pro pods. She said to show her which ones and then the next time I stop by, they’ll have them. Along with other flavors of vape juice I like.
Probably THE best vape shop around. I’ve been to my fair share of shops, and the environment always seems intimidating- but not here! Every single staff member that works here is knowledgeable, kind, funny, personable, and professional. This shop is truly unmatched. 1000000/10 - definitely recommended!!!
