First time coming to Vape City.... The employee working there was really nice and explained the products and flavors... I ended up purchasing the GeekVape and I love it ❤

This place is cool when you are a new customer and you tell them that. Go back a few times and you see new people always working. Not helpful with anything! I bought a 3Chi cart, it tasted awful and they traded it out for me. It was a hassle to get the guy to do it. I chalked it up to him saying he was fairly new. But it got worse a few days later. Another situation on Wednesday, bought 4 vapes of 2 different brands. The Bang XXL was awful and I called the next morning to ask about an exchange. I was told to come in the next day during the evening because they didn''t know how to do it. I go in and the girl working says she can''t help me. I ask about a manager and nobody knows who the manager is, they have never met the manager. I have over 500 points racked up with my purchases over a week. For them to not assist me just tells me they don''t want my business. I am taking my business somewhere else. Two issues within a week, and now I am out over $40 for junk vapes. I also want to say, I bought a specific brand of vapes here and somewhere else. They don''t last as long from Vape City. Be warned people. Nobody knows who the manger is, or they have a number written down to call if they need a manager. But the workers have never met a manager and they have people working there without knowledge of how to correct issues with products. It would have been nice for a manager to talk to me, but couldn''t be bothered. I even asked if I could leave my name and number but was told to come back again. Hell no.
