  My guy over here Kay hooked me up on a nice glass piece. I was extremely satisfied with not only the price but the quality too as well. This the go to spot when ever I need any type of accessories as in vapes, glass, delta 8 etc you name it! Overall great shop.

  This is because of Jay. If he is still there, I won''t be back and will not recement them to anyone in case they have the same experience I did So, I have been to a lot of vape shops. I go to one far away because it was closer to work. I am embarrassed to say I spent $1k a month on vapes and other stuff for my whole family, friends, and myself. U-Smoke is right near me, and all the other guys there are awesome—really good guys. The main reason I go to the one far away is that they carry a very expensive product that U-Smoke Vape Shop does not, which my friends and family use. I should mention I know the prices very well, and they are literally half, no joke. However, I do understand they need to make money, so I’m willing to pay extra, but rudeness is unacceptable. U-Smoke is 15 minutes closer to me, but if Jay from U-Smoke is there, I refuse to return. If I see Jay, I will turn around and no longer recommend this place. He also overcharged me. They did not give me a receipt, but as a small business owner myself, I get it. After realizing the price was off, I went back in to ask for the receipt, which is fine. While trying to find the flavor, I didn’t want to be that guy holding up the line. He got annoyed at my questions and raised the price of the vape oil I bought. It was Black Friday, and he was telling people it was 30 to 35 percent off after he charged me i asked about it and he said not on vapes. I mean they are called u smoke and vape, but it changed per customer. They were busy. When I went to the car, I realized the price was possibly off and had a question about it, which really annoyed him. He wouldn’t give me an itemized receipt because it would take too much time. Again, they were busy, so I was fine waiting until everyone else was taken care of, but the rudeness I did not care for. I thought his behavior was unacceptable and gave me grief for asking for a receipt. This is when I saw the amount was not what we talked about and a completely different offer than was offered to me in the beginning. I also came in with two common flavors in case they did not have one. One other thing: one of the items I wanted to purchase was literally five times the price than it cost at my old smoke shop that I went to the day before. I wanted to buy one for two other people. They told me that vape was a non-disposable vape, and he said they did not sell that model and it was unavailable, while he was using it to smoke out of! He said he would give it to me for $45 when I bought mine earlier for $20 for 2; it was buy one get one (Black Friday) at the further away tobacco shop. The old smoke shop also gave me a bottle of vape for $5. (I didn’t expect that) but at U-Smoke Vape Shop they charged me four times the amount. Lastly, I walked out of the shop knowing no returns are allowed once you leave to the parking lot, so I knew the drill. I thought he should know what happened and maybe even try to make it right. He charged me way more than the other shop, by a lot. He was incredibly rude and didn’t know what he was talking about. I used to tell everyone it was the best shop around. Not anymore, while Jay is there, I will drive the extra 15 minutes. Also, he flat-out lied to me about not carrying a product I know they do. Popa Jay’s is where it’s at; I would highly recommend it. You’re always treated with respect, and the prices are half. But funny enough, one of the owners there is also named Jay. There is more I''m tired os writing at the moment. There is more. Ill write more now probably on f ace book and yelp I do want to say the other owners. workers, are incredible, they know their stuf and treat people right.

  I had a fantastic experience at U-smoke. The wide selection of tobacco products they offer is impressive. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, helping me find exactly what I needed.
