Rude Cashier…just acting like he doesn’t want to be working there…and it’s unpleasant for the customer to see that.
Great place to buy tobacco products, friendly and helpful staff. Just a little expensive compared to other tobacco shops, but great customer service.
I only rated one star because no stars isn''t an option. I bought an ecig battery there today. I found out it was broken. I tried to return it the same day, and was told they don''t do returns. It was the same effing day... I will never shop there again.
I bought a Westside Vapor starter package, one normal and one coffee 5 packs, and a pack of Pyramid Blue shorts. You were very helpful and I noticed you had a huge selection of hookah pipes and a very large section of flavors to smoke. I give you 4.5 stars. Thanks
I recently visited USA Tobacco during the night shift, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The worker on duty was incredibly rude and made the shopping experience very unpleasant. I approached the counter with some inquiries about the products, but instead of receiving assistance or a polite response, the worker was dismissive and seemed disinterested in helping. Their attitude was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome as a customer. Moreover, their lack of basic courtesy made it challenging to ask questions or make informed decisions about the products. It''s disheartening when the service provided fails to meet even the most basic standards of customer respect. I hope the management of USA Tobacco takes this feedback seriously, as a negative encounter like this can deter customers from returning and tarnish the reputation of an otherwise potentially good store. I would have appreciated a more welcoming and respectful attitude towards customers, regardless of the time of day or night. I hope this issue can be addressed for the benefit of future patrons. Remember, it''s crucial to focus on the behavior or service rather than attacking the individual personally. Additionally, while sharing your negative experience, you''re providing constructive feedback that might prompt the establishment to improve its customer service standards.
