Guy inside store was super chill and patient. I walked in and looked at everything before making a purchase and he didn''t make me feel weird about it. No rush. I asked for pre-roll raw papers...there''s a whole wall and I should have been more specific but this guy looks into my soul, grabs a box and it''s EXACTLY what I needed!!! I love all the urge Smoke shops so far...they hire the best beings.
My husband goes here often and this was one of my Dad''s favorite stores. Staff is very down to earth and helpful. My dad used to come just to hang with them! Great spot and they''re sure to have what you need.
Super disappointed in the quality of bongs sold here. I purchased a small moderately priced ($50) bong and used it twice and it broke. After calling the location and speaking with a manager I was told they can’t do anything about it except offer me a discount and make me spend more money on something that would probably break again. I could understand if I was someone that was just beginning to use a bong or someone that had no idea how to properly use a bong, but this is super upsetting. This bong doesn’t even let me switch out the piece since it is “ suppose to be securely attached inside” and it breaking after only 2 uses. The piece that broke isn’t even something that can be handled since it is in closed in the glass. Situations like this should definitely have different procedures on how it should be handled. Not oh sorry not sure what’s broken or how it broke but you can basically come in and spend more money after you don’t trust our products. Won’t be returning to this place again. And word of advice if your looking to purchase any kind of glass don’t go here. If anything breaks and it’s clearly a directed product they will not exchange it.
Absolutely one of my favorite shops ever to exist. Not only is the staff Amazingly friendly, helpful, and accommodating but their product is Amazing. They really do listen and during a super rough patch they protected me against a stalker. You will never find a shop better than this. They care so much about their clients. I absolutely recommend them for all your needs.
