A month after my purchase of a broken vape pen we still have nothing to show for it. The store refused to do anything about it and the manufacturer keeps giving us the run around. Beyond livid, I would never return to this store even if they were giving away everything for free because it probably wouldn’t work anyways!
My husband brought me in this evening to pick out my Christmas present for myself. I wanted a new dab rig. The guy working never offered to show me anything on the wall. I then found an electric dab device I hadn''t seen before in the case and when I asked a question about it the guy pointed me to a paper on the counter that talked about the piece. Literally couldn''t answer one question. I always prefer to shop local and keep money in local shop owners pockets but y''all are making it impossible. I will literally buy my piece online or out of town at this point. Too bad for you, hubby gave me no budget and I could have been your biggest sale of the day but oh well. 😅
They have pretty much everything you need. The last time I was there, I used my debit card and it kept saying it wasn''t going through but after I got home I realized they had charged my card for the same purchase 3 times. I don''t live in town so I figured it wasn''t worth the gas to go back, plus I''m pretty sure it wasn''t on purpose (at least I hope it wasn''t). So be careful when paying with a card. Other than that, I have nothing negative to say about this place.

Edit 2: 5 weeks later still out $80 and no closer to getting a working product. ETA: DEFINITELY, Definitely don’t come here if you’re relying on you’re purchase working. After the store refusing to do anything about selling an item that never worked. The manufacturer has been going back-and-forth with us, making us send videos of it not working saying the store should replace it.. The manufacturer finally agreed to send another for $20 shipping. So I’d recommend finding an establishment that values customers. Spent $60+ on a wax pen and it didn’t work, never turned on or anything and now basically out the money back and have to try and contact the the manufacturer. Don’t come here unless you have the extra $$$ to throw away. Also, the guy working has zero customer service skills and generally just seems miserable to be there. Thought I was going to end my day on a HIGH note. Apparently not
