Amazing service, and good vibes all around. Marissa, working the store today was super helpfull.
As a 58 year old man looking to explore and expand my knowledge of the world of vapes, delta, and kratom products, etc. I find many of the shops I have been to seem to have the policy of sell the product above all else. It has been a repeated experience that the questions I had were received with abject indifference by people with little to no knowledge of the products they sell. It was a great day that I discovered Up in Smoke. I have been there several times now, and every time, I was treated with complete respect as to my questions. The staff is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and able to make smart informed suggestions based on my needs. If that weren''t enough, their prices are the lowest I have found. Josh really knows his stuff!! I had a ton of questions, all of which he answered with patience and professionalism. They''ve got a great selection of vapes/glass/accessories at reasonable prices as well!
