Been coming here for a few years now, but my most recent interaction left bad vibes. Cupsy''s go for ''bout 60 online, Up In Smoke tried to charge 90, then act like they''re doing me a favor dropping it to 80. Found it near 60 at Mix N Mojo, no haggle. I''m not saying Up In Smoke does this all the time, but there have been moments before were I felt they were kinda being shady with prices, now I better understand. Do your research before buying here, or be prepared to pay arbitrary overhead.
Visiting from California and stopped by this shop for a few items. The store was immaculate with all items displayed very neatly. They had a nice assortment of glass pieces from local artists and the staff were extremely helpful with answering any questions I had. Overall experience, two thumbs up.
Fair prices and exceptional service. The guy I talked to answered all my questions and was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Would recommend.
Justin is very helpful and provides good customer service! Wide variety and selection. I''d go as far as to say they have some of the best prices around, For those who want to reduce,reuse, go green and save some green doing it, especially on butane.

STAY AWAY!!! Disorganized mess that does not care about selling quality products. Clean store with friendly staff, but do yourself a favor and stay away if you value your money and time. I have given this place a second chance so many times in the hopes that things would improve, but they just haven’t. Over half of the vapes purchased here did not work, and had to be immediately returned. Of the half that do work, half of those were broken within a day. I have tried different flavors, brands, and it all ends up the same. I’ve had similar experiences with battery packs. For instance, Yesterday, I bought a disposable vape-I had to go through FOUR different ones before they finally found one that worked. This one was broken within 24 hours. This is not the first experience like this either-I have never purchased an item from them that didn’t come with problems. Really embarrassing for the management and ownership that they have no quality control of their inventory. They clearly do not value their customers or their product. Shame on them! They have lost a customer who used to spend several hundred dollars a month here. Never going back after today.
