Very rude - guy with glasses always has a problem-charged me double for something with out telling me.night worker and Owner are ok -i spend over 3 thousand dollars in bongs there . and they harrased me for 20 bux- but very convent for being 24 being 24 hours- and there smoked vapes are over priced @ 50 dollars they have way better ones at stores for 30.00 and they don''t charge charge tax at most places- bong selection is poor they have a great cigar lounge so if your into that it''s very nice- but for bongs vapes and polite worker I would go elsewhere-
Customer service is terrible. Dude mumbles as he reads my id and there’s $5 minimum if you use card
Excellent smokeshop. Has a vast variety of cigars, tobacco, vapes, glass. Great people working here. Place has the cheapest and most reliable ATM around.
They are Unique as their''s name 3 in 1 in the town....nobody has Cigar Lounge (Toro Cigar Lounge) like that and Walk-in humidors in whole Long Island, NY.

Horrible customer service. Purchased cigars, on their recommendation. One was “ok” and the other totally dried up. Tried to exchange it couple days later and the response from the rude owner was that “I didn’t keep the cigar in the humidor “. Not a smart business man, for sure. You don’t lose a customer for one cigar. We all know that cigars don’t dry like that in matter of days. I will not buy anything in this store and will make to let all friends and family as well.
