  They have a great variety of products. Staff is all ways helpful, and the store is all ways clean and smells great. I feel the prices are fair.

  Every time I came in the guy wasn’t very informative or he lack knowledge of the products that were sold. I got 14 day detox over and over. I drank $65 drink. Nothing worked. I even looked online proper procedures and still nothing. The detox drinks do not work. My main complaint is the module I bought never used and I couldn’t return it. Mine broke my sister took my card to buy me one and the cart wouldn’t fit inside the mod. They refused to refund or give store credit. Also the guy just always has rough customer service like he was rushing me out the door.

  Be extremely weary buying products from here. They are super sketchy and this store will not accept ANY returns or exchanges “once the item leaves the store”. The people who work here have maybe half a brain. The store and products look promising until you actually purchase something. Ive bought two batteries from here and the first one fell apart after a week, LITERALLY fell apart. Then the second pen I bought, did not work, straight out of the package. Entirely broken and unable to charge at all. This place sucks. Please do not waste your money. Try any of the other dozen shops around lol, you’ll have better luck. Ooze pens have a great warranty policy on all pens, but this store is NOT an approved retailer. Therefore, if your Ooze pen breaks from this store, you’re stuck with it and it is not covered. Smokolgy is, and it’s 10-15 mins away. Try there. Twisted headz is garb.

  I was at the shop on May 14th 2020 at 5:15 pm. The heavy set girl working this night was EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. She did not want to be bothered and was in company of her boyfriend. Very very unprofessional. I spent alot of money at this shop to be treated like garbage. This evening I spent 250.00. I dont know if i will go back. You would think the store would need all the money it could get after being shut down for 2 months. She is definately not a asset to this store and does not care about this store either. Not at all customer friendly poor customer service this visit all around horrible.

  Google suggested this store for cigar products and unfortunately they do not sell any cigars. The other products they sell seemed to be well organized. From what I saw Maybe a listing update for products they sell
