  Very nice and knowledgeable crew, amazing selection of glass, tobacco, kratom, vapes, vape juice, insence, they''ve got it all. Definitely the best smoke shop in troy, don''t bother trying to shop elsewhere, Troy Smoke has everything the competitors do and then some.

  Despite admitting he knew nothing about my particular coils, ignored me when I told him where to look for the power range. Then laughed at me when I explained my hesitation with switching from freebase to salt nic. He didn''t even have a rebuttal and clearly thought I was an idiot. Thanks but no thanks. The prices aren''t good enough for me to be talked down to.

  All I can say is wow was I left satisfied 😝😗 I walked in and was faced with the best customer service I’ve ever gotten in my entire life, Zachary answered all 57 Questions I asked and was not frustrated in the slightest, had everything I needed and more!! Will Be Back!! Meow Meow Meow :)) 😸👍
